Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NaukriGulfs.com. By registering, applying, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

No payment is collected at the time of registration or application. The fee is charged only after you are shortlisted and an interview is confirmed. 100% refund if not selected.

1. About NaukriGulfs

NaukriGulfs.com is an international recruitment portal operated by Naukri Recruiters. We facilitate connections between job seekers and employers across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. We act as a recruitment intermediary and are not the direct employer for any role listed on our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or apply through our platform. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of any fee paid.

3. Candidate Registration & Application

Registering on NaukriGulfs.com is free. Submitting an application for a specific recruitment drive (such as the Pfizer Singapore API 2026 programme) is also free at the time of application. No payment is collected at the time of registration or application.

4. Process Fee — ₹5,000 + GST

A one-time process fee of ₹5,000 + applicable GST becomes payable only after: (a) your application has been reviewed and shortlisted by our team; and (b) you have received confirmation of an interview with the prospective employer. This fee covers documentation support, coordination, and administrative processing. You will be notified in writing before any payment is requested.

5. Refund Policy

We operate a 100% refund policy under the following conditions: (a) You attend the scheduled interview but are not selected by the employer; (b) The hiring process is discontinued by the employer; (c) The opportunity does not materialise due to reasons beyond your control; (d) If you are selected, the process fee is adjusted toward final placement processing charges and is non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the triggering event. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

NaukriGulfs.com does not guarantee placement, employment, or visa approval. Shortlisting and final selection decisions rest entirely with the prospective employer. We facilitate the process but have no control over employer decisions, immigration outcomes, or role availability.

7. Candidate Responsibilities

As a candidate, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information at all times; (b) attend scheduled interviews or provide advance notice of cancellation; (c) not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or documents; (d) not engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with your application; and (e) keep your contact details updated so we can reach you promptly.

8. Employer & Partner Use

Employers and recruitment partners using NaukriGulfs.com agree to use candidate data solely for the purpose of evaluating and hiring for the roles they have listed. Resale, redistribution, or misuse of candidate data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on NaukriGulfs.com — including text, logos, graphics, and data — is the property of Naukri Recruiters and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaukriGulfs.com and Naukri Recruiters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, visa rejection, or reliance on information provided by third-party employers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
